HEART OF ENGLAND CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY APPOINTS JESSICA DEPUTY MANAGER OF ITS LONG ITCHINGTON LATESHOP
The Heart of England Co-operative Society has appointed 20 year old Jessica Cleaver Deputy Manager at its Long Itchington Lateshop.
The young employee has been with the Society for four years, starting work as Sales Assistant in the Crick store for a simple part-time job whilst still at school.
Jessica enjoyed her job so much that she stayed on after her studies, becoming a full-time Supervisor. Not long after this, she was introduced to the Trainee Manager Scheme, before being offered the job as Deputy Manager at Long Itchington in August.
“I’m really enjoying it so far,” said Jessica. “I have a really great team here.”
Jessica has been welcomed by the staff and customers of the store and is settling in well to her new job despite being quite a youngster in the role.
Her new experiences and responsibilities have confirmed her commitments with the Society.
“I am looking forward to the challenges ahead of me, and am having a brilliant time,” she said. “I hope to really excel in my new role and also to continue to develop my career with the Society in the future.”
